Shipping Carrier: All orders are shipped using Evri.
Processing Time: As each Puptomisation is custom-made with love and care, please allow 7-10 working days for us to create your artwork before it is dispatched.
Delivery Time: Once your order has been shipped, please allow approximately 2-4 working days for delivery within the UK. International delivery times will vary.
Shipping Costs (UK):- Orders weighing 0-1kg: £3.00
- Orders weighing 1-2kg: £5.00
- Orders weighing over 2kg: £7.00
Please note: The weight of your order will be calculated at checkout based on the items you purchase.
Packaging: Prints are carefully rolled and shipped in protective tubes. Canvases and framed prints are securely packaged in sturdy cardboard boxes with protective materials to ensure they arrive safely.
Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email from Evri with tracking information, where applicable, so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
Delivery Address: Please ensure that the shipping address you provide during checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect addresses.At Puptomisation, each portrait is uniquely created just for you and your beloved pet. Due to the personalised nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for changes of mind or if you simply no longer want the item once it has been created and shipped.
