Delivery Information
At Puptomisation, we're excited to create your unique pet portrait!
Please take note of our shipping guidelines:
Shipping Carrier: All orders are shipped using Evri.
Production & Delivery Timeline: Your custom Puptomisation journey has a few key stages:

Artwork Creation: Please allow 2 working days for our artists to digitally transform your pet's photo into your unique artwork.

Your Approval: Once the artwork is ready, we'll email you a digital proof to review. We can only send your portrait to print after you've confirmed you're happy with the artwork, so please check your artwork as soon as you can!

Printing & Finishing: After your approval, your custom portrait will be professionally printed on your chosen format (poster, canvas, or framed print). This printing and finishing stage takes 5-8 working days.

Dispatch & Delivery: Once printed, your order will be dispatched using Evri Next Day Delivery.
Important Note on Timings: Delays in approving your proof or requesting multiple changes can extend the overall processing and delivery time of your order, we therefore recommend you allow up to 14 days for your orders if you require your order for a specific date. We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your Puptomisation, so we appreciate your prompt feedback on the artwork proof!
Shipping Costs (UK):

Orders weighing 0-1kg: £3.00

Orders weighing 1-2kg: £5.00

Orders weighing over 2kg: £7.00
Please note: The weight of your order will be calculated at checkout based on the items you purchase.
Packaging: Prints are carefully rolled and shipped in protective tubes. Canvases and framed prints are securely packaged in sturdy cardboard boxes with protective materials to ensure they arrive safely.
Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email from Evri with tracking information, where applicable, so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
Delivery Address: Please ensure that the shipping address you provide during checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect addresses.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the personalised nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for changes of mind or if you simply no longer want the item once it has been created and shipped.
We are committed to ensuring you receive a high-quality product that you will love. If your order arrives damaged, appears to be faulty, or is not as described, please contact us as soon as possible so we can look into the issue for you.
How to Report an Issue:
If you experience a problem with your order (damage, fault, or not as described), please follow these steps:

Contact us via email at info@puptomisation.com as soon as possible, and within 5 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, details of the issue, and clear photographic evidence where applicable.

Our customer service team will carefully review your case and assess the situation.

We will then contact you with information on how we intend to resolve the matter, which may include offering a repair, a replacement, or, in some circumstances, a refund. The resolution will be determined on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the nature of the issue and the specific circumstances.
