Welcome to Puptomisation! By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

  • "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to Puptomisation.

  • "You" or "Your" refers to the customer or user of this website.

  • "Product" refers to the custom pet portrait created by Puptomisation.

  • "Puptomisation" refers to the process of digitally transforming a pet photograph into a bespoke artwork.

2. Ordering Process

  • By placing an order through our website, you are offering to purchase a Product on and subject to these Terms and Conditions. All orders are subject to acceptance by us.

  • After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email acknowledges that we have received your order but does not constitute acceptance of your offer. A contract between us will only be formed when your Product is dispatched.

  • To enable us to create your Puptomisation, you are required to upload high-resolution images of your pet via the link provided in your order confirmation email or as otherwise instructed on our website.

  • Please note: We cannot begin processing your order until we have received your uploaded image(s). Any delays in providing suitable images may result in a delay in the production and dispatch of your Product. It is your responsibility to ensure the images you provide meet our specified guidelines.

3. Product Description and Variation

  • We take great care to accurately represent our Product styles on our website through examples and descriptions.

  • Please be aware that all Puptomisations will vary slightly from the example images shown on our website. Due to the custom and artistic nature of the process, each portrait is unique and will be based on the specific photograph(s) you provide.

  • While we strive to capture the essence and style of your chosen theme, minor variations in colour, brushstrokes, and overall appearance may occur. This is inherent in the customised nature of the Product and should be considered part of its unique charm.

  • We reserve the right to make minor adjustments to the artwork to ensure the best possible final result.

  • Image Quality: The quality of the final Product is heavily dependent on the quality of the image(s) you provide. Blurry, low-resolution, or poorly lit images may result in a less satisfactory outcome, and we shall not be held responsible for issues arising from the quality of the submitted photographs.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • The price of the Products will be as displayed on our website at the time you place your order, and is inclusive of VAT where applicable.

  • Shipping costs are additional and will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of placing your order. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • As each Puptomisation is custom-made with love and care, please allow 7-10 working days for us to create your artwork after receiving your uploaded image(s). Once your order has been shipped, please allow approximately 2-4 working days for delivery within the UK. Please note that this is an estimated timeframe and may be subject to slight variations.

  • Shipping costs are as follows:

    • Orders weighing 0-1kg: £3.00

    • Orders weighing 1-2kg: £5.00

    • Orders weighing over 2kg: £7.00

  • We are not responsible for delays in delivery that are beyond our reasonable control, such as postal delays or issues with the shipping carrier.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is provided at checkout.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • As our Products are custom-made and personalised to your specific requirements, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for changes of mind or if you simply no longer want the item once it has been created and shipped.

  • If your order arrives damaged, appears to be faulty, or is not as described, please contact us via email at info@puptomisation.com as soon as possible, and ideally within 5 days of receiving your order, providing photographic evidence where applicable.

  • We will carefully review your case and, at our discretion, may offer a repair, a replacement, or a refund. The resolution will be determined on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the nature of the issue and the specific circumstances.

  • Please do not return any items before receiving specific instructions from us.

7. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

  • All artwork, designs, logos, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Puptomisation and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

  • By uploading your pet's photograph, you confirm that you own the copyright to the image or have the necessary permissions to use it and authorise us to use it for the purpose of creating your Puptomisation.

  • Promotional Use: By placing an order, you grant Puptomisation a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use the final artwork created from your submitted photograph for promotional purposes, including but not limited to posting on our social media channels and displaying on our website. We will endeavour to credit you where possible (e.g., by mentioning your pet's name if provided), but this is not always guaranteed. If you do not wish for us to use your artwork for promotional purposes, please notify us in writing via email at info@puptomisation.com at the time of placing your order.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any loss or damage arising in connection with your order or use of this website shall be limited to the total price you paid for the relevant Product(s).

  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

  • Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Amendments to these Terms and Conditions

  • We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page and will be effective from the date of posting. Your continued use of the website and/or placement of orders after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.

11. Cancellation by Us

  • We reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund if, in our reasonable opinion, the image(s) you provide are of insufficient quality to create a satisfactory Product, or for any other legitimate reason. We will notify you of such cancellation via email.

  • Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and store your personal data.
