Shipping Carrier: Most orders are shipped using Evri Standard 48-hour delivery. For larger items, we sometimes use FedEx First Class to ensure secure and efficient delivery.
Production & Delivery Timeline: Your custom Puptomisation journey has a few key stages:

Artwork Creation: Please allow 2 working days for our artists to digitally transform your pet's photo into your unique artwork.

Your Approval: Once the artwork is ready, we'll email you a digital proof to review. We can only send your portrait to print after you've confirmed you're happy with the artwork, so please check your artwork as soon as you can!

Printing, Finishing & Dispatch: After your approval, your custom portrait will be professionally printed on your chosen format (poster, canvas, or framed print). This entire stage, including dispatch, takes 24-72 hours.

Delivery to Your Door: Once dispatched, your order will be delivered by our chosen carrier within 1-2 working days.
Overall Timeline Expectation: From the moment you place your order until your custom Puptomisation arrives at your door, please generally allow up to 7 working days. We always strive to deliver your cherished artwork as quickly as possible without compromising on the quality and care it deserves!
Important Note on Timings: Delays in approving your proof or requesting multiple changes can extend the overall processing and delivery time of your order. We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your Puptomisation, so we appreciate your prompt feedback on the artwork proof!
Packaging: Prints are carefully rolled and shipped in protective tubes. Canvases and framed prints are securely packaged in sturdy cardboard boxes with protective materials to ensure they arrive safely.
Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email from Evri with tracking information, where applicable, so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
Delivery Address: Please ensure that the shipping address you provide during checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect addresses.-
At Puptomisation, each portrait is uniquely created just for you and your beloved pet. Due to the personalised nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for changes of mind or if you simply no longer want the item once it has been created and shipped.
